Kim Stubbs

Kimberly grew up in Iowa and has lived in several other states but fell in love with the mountains and all Colorado has to offer, calling it home for the past 30 years. Married for 28 years, she and her husband have two sons. Kimberly served on the NKBA Denver board for 5 years—three as VP and two as President—and now continues her involvement with IDS Denver and RESA Denver. She also runs KISS Designs, her e-design and staging business, where her love for shopping comes in handy. Outside work, she enjoys traveling, reading, and Colorado’s outdoors.
